At Milan Design Week, Tokujin Yoshioka presents a light installation that can best be described as an expression of science fiction and poetry.
Tokujin Yoshioka is back at this year’s Milan Design Week with another arresting light installation.
The award-winning designer and artist is known for his experimental creations that often revolve around nature and the complexity of the human senses.
With the exhibition TOKUJIN YOSHIOKA x LG : S.F_Senses of the Future, Yoshioka has built a large-scale project in which his new design, the S.F chair, serves as the key protagonist.
SF stands for Sci-Fi, and this ingenious installation lives up to the name, combining LG’s state of the art technology with the designer’s own artistic vision.
You will find this poetic and futuristic ‘tapestry of light’ at Superstudio, Art Point: S.F Main Exhibition Hall during Milan Design Week, 4 – 9 April 2017.
