The massive centre in Wan Chai is the place to go and experience the beauty and functionality of TOTO Kitchen up close.
November 28th, 2013
TOTO’s kitchen cabinetry is well recognised the world over for combining Japanese quality with European aesthetics. The designs are a perfect balance between beauty and functionality, and come in a wide selection of colours and patterns to meet a diverse range of user needs and lifestyles.
Since 2009, the company took one step further in the kitchen cabinet business by rolling out flagship showrooms in locations across the Asia Pacific region, including Singapore, Indonesia, Shanghai and recently Hong Kong.
The TOTO Architectural and Design Centre in Hong Kong, which opened in April 2013, covers a massive 10,000sqft with enough room to display a wide kitchen range, including:
The Radius collection
Form follows function in the Radius collection, which is not only user-friendly, but brings a sense of warmth and comfort into the kitchen. The design features soft, rounded shapes while technology is subtly incorporated to enhance the user experience. Radius in a unique glossy gold finish, and with hidden handles, a recessed in-wall feature, and an iPhone recharge station is a new take on a modern kitchen design.
The Chord collection
Chord features a wood plate with the option of smooth glossy handles, matte touches, or the original wood grain texture. Chord has a warm, natural style, is highly durable, and fits well with a Hong Kong lifestyle.
The Planar collection
Planar follows the ‘Less is more’ design philosophy – a strong statement that gives a new meaning to ‘a simple lifestyle’ in today’s fast moving world. The recessed design makes efficient use of the space available. The super-clear coated tempered glass is striking to behold and a delight to use. Planar is ideal for individuals who prefer the kitchen to be the showcase of their home, as well as a place to gather with friends.
The TOTO Architectural and Design Centre is located at 1/F, East Town Building, 41 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai.
