Cosentino's Dekton Industrial collection was designed in collaboration with designer Daniel Germani, who was keen to show the beauty of these materials at every stage of their lives – even through the oxidisation and degradation processes. "The incomparable technology of Dekton gave us the tools necessary to explore and design, and the result is a collection of colours that highlight the richness and depth of natural, organic processes,” says Germani.

Cosentino describes the surface finish of the Industrial collection as matte-gloss. The surface quality of this unusual finish has the effect of varying the appearance of colours depending on the angle of light as it hits the surface.

The four Industrial designs (Nilium, Radium, Trilium and Orix) are produced in large-format slabs (up to 144 x 320cm) and several thicknesses (20mm, 12mm and 8mm), and can be used outdoors.

The material qualities make Dekton Industrial suitable for a variety of uses. The collection offers the ideal material for use in large commercial and architectural projects thanks to both its striking appearance as well as technical properties, which include UV resistance, scratch resistance, stain resistance and heat resistance, along with production in large-format slabs (for seamless surfaces) and different thicknesses. Cosentino also recommends Dekton Industrial for domestic use – for flooring, staircases, bathrooms, cladding and work surfaces.
